More about our panelists:

Alexandra Galasso has been working in advertising technology for the past ten years. As a pioneer of programmatic, she has had the opportunity to scale early stage start-ups in New York and London. She was one of the founding members of the AppNexus Women's Network in Europe and recently completed her executive MBA at London Business School.

Jess Williamson has been with Techstars since announcing the organization's first accelerator outside the US, and as a runaway Californian she's been living in the European tech community the past ten years. Adventures included two startups in Scotland, joining to run Springboard accelerator in Cambridge, and merging to become Techstars London in 2013. The past few years have been focused on building up the fintech accelerators with Barclays in London, New York, Tel Aviv, and Cape Town, and she is now excited to be working across any new Techstars accelerators in EMEA + APAC. She is obsessed with blue and hence tweets from @jessinblue.

Sharon Anne Kean is currently Product Director at Bloom & Wild, the original letterbox flower delivery company. Bloom & Wild, the UK’s leading flower delivery app and top rated online florist, is redefining the flower delivery experience and making the giving and receiving of beautiful fresh flowers the joy it is meant to be.

Sharon has worked for both small and large organisations, across a variety of sectors. She is interested in how people think, feel and do, and applying this to the design of technology, products and services that solve genuine problems and user needs. At Bloom & Wild, Sharon is responsible for product vision, execution and technology and heads up a team of product managers, designers and developers.

EJ Packe is Managing Director at The Supper Club, an exclusive community for founders and CEOs of innovative, high growth businesses. The Club supports its members at every stage of their journey, from scale to exit and beyond, adapting to their evolving needs. By applying their understanding of entrepreneurs, The Supper Club also helps directors in all organisations to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and growth.

EJ is passionate about building successful teams and creating a culture that supports scale. Previous to working at The Supper Club EJ grew teams both in the UK and across Europe, working with corporate and public sector clients. She then went on to consult a start-up at post product stage and was inspired to get more involved with entrepreneurial businesses. She now loves supporting fast growth business owners and their teams and enjoys meeting some of the country's most inspiring minds on a daily basis.

The event is sponsored by AppNexus - an internet technology company that enables and optimizes the real-time sale and purchase of digital advertising.
