Step up to the Bar 2021

Step up to the Bar 2021 will be a fantastic opportunity for you to take part in a speed moot and Bar-focused training sessions - an essential exercise for anyone who will be applying for pupillage in the future!

You will also get the opportunity to hear from a panel of pupils from a variety of chambers on what it has been like being a pupil during the pandemic, the application process for pupillage and any related questions you may have.

We are hosting this event on Tuesday 23 March and Wednesday 24 March. Please only register to attend one of these dates. If you would like to change the date you attend, please cancel your original ticket before registering for a new date.

BPP University Law School’s Spring Practice Commitment Certificate.

Attend any four* of the Law School’s i-Opening webinars, Online Workshops, Virtual Open Evenings, ACE: The Assessment Centre Experience or Step up to the Bar events between January and April 2021 and receive our Spring Practice Commitment Certificate!

Once you have attended enough events this term, please email LawOutreach@bpp.com, listing the date and name of each session. Our team will then check the attendance list and will email your electronic certificate. Please ensure you register and sign into each event with your full name as you wish it to appear on your certificate, so that we can verify your attendance at each session.

*To qualify for the certificate, any combination of Law School events is permitted, but no more than one Virtual Open Evening, ACE or Step up to the Bar session. NB: Attending ACE or Step up to the Bar will be counted as 2 sessions if you attend for 2 hours or more. Other sessions require a minimum attendance of 45 mins.
