About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours 15 minutes

Join us at one of our FREE Stepping Forward events, where your voice will help shape a user led organisation for the future.

We'll talk about coproduction, exploring what it truly means to you, as well as impactful ways that you can influence change to mental health services in East and West Suffolk.

You will be able to share your personal experiences and thoughts on the contact you have had with mental health professionals and talk through ideas on how we can continue to influence change effectively and amplify people’s voices.

This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, connect with others, and be part of our community dedicated to improving mental health services and support.

Lunch & refreshments included. Travel costs reimbursed.

Organized by

Suffolk User Forum has a strong track record of working in partnership with Suffolk County Council's Adult Social Care teams, sharing the voice of mental health lived experience and delivering coproduction.

We are running three focus groups to support Adult Social Care's transformation programme, called 'People at the heart of care'. People at the heart of care aims to ensure that peoples' voices are at the centre of their own care, support choices and decisions.

Our three groups are:

• My Voice• My Home• My Health

Each Focus group will meet four times each year. Some meetings will be held online, and some will be face-to-face.
