The workshop is both for those already mentoring on this important CIPD programme and for those who are interested in becoming mentors. This event will provide the opportunity to hear about recent developments in the programme, meet our partners from the Job Centres, share the successes and challenges of mentoring on the programme and develop our skills. For those who are thinking of becoming mentors this is the opportunity to find out about the programme from both the organisers and existing mentors.
