About this event

Join us as we come together as a community to surround Savannah and her family with love and strength. Savannah is a beautiful and strong 16 year old who is facing a terrifying form of brain cancer.

Savannah is choosing to fight back with all she has and this is our way of showing her that she’s not facing this journey alone. We’ll meet at The Engine Room to and then walk together for a 3km loop at the nearby marshes before returning to The Engine Room for refreshments.

Every step we take and every pound we raise will go directly towards supporting Savannah and her family, via her GoFundMe.

Attendance is free but this is also a fundraiser to donate as much as we can to her GoFundMe, please do bring cash or be prepared to donate as online, for a bake sale and some other goodies.

Let’s come together as a community, walk, celebrate, and lift Savannah up with the love she deserves.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to walk?

No. If you’d like to just show up and show your support, you can.

Do I have to donate?

We’d like to raise as much as we can for Savannah’s GoFundMe, but no you don’t have to. It’s as much about showing up for Savannah.

Will there be food there?

There will be a bake sale so there will be cakes and there is also a cafe around the corner for food and drinks

Will I be able to leave a bag whilst I walk.

Yes you can leave a bag in the hall and there will be people there the whole time. However, you leave it at your own risk.

Is there parking?

There is a paid for car park right next to the engine room. You can also park for free for up to 3 hours at the nearby Tottenham Hale retail park.

Is the walk supervised?

We will have a walk leader and a tail walker with volunteers en route. However, everyone is in charge of their own health and safety and children must be accompanied by someone over 16.
