Steps into Management 

Stepping into your first management job can be very scary. According to the Harvard Business Reiview in certain circumstances up to 50% of new managers fail in the first year.

With this course we will work your you 'next in line' to make sure they are ready for the next step.  We will worth through some key skills and potiental issues they might find.  To ensure they sucessfully step into their new job and have a posstive impact on the business.

This training will help you, demonstrate commitment to internal promotioin, reduce cost and risk of managemnt failure.

After completing the course, the delegaes will leave with a simple action plan to help then sucessfully step uo.

The Course

The course is a full day of learning.  Starting at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm
