Whether you're a chip connoisseur / cake lover or just love a good old-fashioned chip shop experience, this event is for you. Indulge in delicious treats & beverages, mingle with fellow chip / cake enthusiasts, and maybe even discover a new favorite dipping sauce. Take your finnished fork home with you or leave for a threee week Hallmarking turnaround & your completed piece will be posted out to you x

Melissa Hampson-Smith is an Environmental Artist with an interest in Materials, Time Travel & Outer Space.

She makes art jewellery, sculptures & paintings inspired by future colonisation of other planets.

Some pieces contain found things, others seeds to plant on arrival to a new planet or for re-wilding parts of planet Earth.

She is a member of Precious Collective & an Associate Member of Penwith Galleries St Ives. Her art-jewellery is stocked by Ruup & Form London. And her work can be found in the Crafts Council online catalogue.

Recently one of her drawings was chosen for the first #aspshows as part of #artistsupportpledge at Hastings Contemporary and her paintings were previously chosen for exhibition at Fronteer Gallery Sheffield

Melissa completed two Artist residencies with Mayes Creative in 2021
