<h2>Stick &amp; Scratch Night</h2>Stick &amp; Scratch is a youth-produced event that celebrates local talent, creativity and new work!This event brings together emerging artists and the community in YMCA's new Community Hub.Whether you are performing on the night, or supporting as an audience member, Stick &amp; Scratch is a fabulous opportunity to be a part of this growing, creative community!Free parking for Cresset visitors is available adjacent to the building. The entrance to our car park can be found by taking the signposted exit from the roundabout and then taking the left turn after the petrol station. Please note there is a height-restriction barrier on the carpark entrance and exit. If our car park is full, free parking is available at Bretton Centre (Sainsbury’s) car park. Please note parking at Bretton Centre is available for a maximum of 4 hours.<h3>About Artist Ideas to Disrupt Loneliness</h3>In Autumn 2025, artists submitted their creative project ideas as part of The Unlonely City. Since then, and even before then, we’ve been thinking about how we can create unlonely cities through creativity, curiosity and just the right amount of chaos. You can find out more about what’s happening in Peterborough hereThe Unlonely City is an arts programme disrupting loneliness, nurturing moments of solidarity, surprise and laughter. Through a series of artistic commissions, citizens assemblies, parties and public conversations, The Unlonely City takes place across Liverpool, Peterborough, and Southend, where Metal is based, to imagine what an ‘unlonely’ city could be.The Unlonely City programme is funded by Paul Hamlyn Foundation as part of the Arts Award.Suitable for ages 11+ ***Content warnings:This event will contain strong language, mentions of mental health/depression/sexual themes, and may contain loud noises and flashing lights***
