We are celebrating our wide choice of quality vegetarian and vegan dishes with an exclusive tasting menu in our Cambridge restaurant.
Our chefs have also created special dishes inspired from Japanese traditions exclusively for this green menu.
You will be served all of your menu favourites like maki rolls, yakitori sticks and sushi – all made from vegetables ... of course with a sweet ending.
Book the menu and you can arrive any time between opening at midday through to 10pm.
Edamame beans with spicy miso.
Green daikon: Avocado, cucumber, chili, coriander, onion & cress with wafu dressing.
Horenso no goma: Blanched spinach with sesame dressing.
Mamma Mia: Avocado and cucumber, chives and soy sesame.
Green Maki: Jerusalem artichokes, crunchy chili, avocado and sesame.
Avocado nigiri topped with miso aioli and soy sesame.
Inari nigiri made of tofu with ginger, skiitake, cress and sesame.
Asparagus nigiri with sesame.
Eringi: King oyster mushroom with supreme soy and miso herb butter.
Satsumaimo yaki: Grilled sweet potato with teriyaki, sesame and coriander.
Nasu dengaku: Grilled aubergine with yuzu-miso, shiso and pine nuts.
Tenderstem broccoli, grilled with supreme soy and spicy goma.
Vanilla creme brulee.
