Still Calm - Mindful Meditation Taster Session

This session is with Louise from Still Calm and is for anyone who has thought about trying meditation and would like to find out more. It includes an introduction to basic breathing techniques and a couple of other meditation types to try.
Meditation is suitable for anyone and no experience is necessary. You will be sitting on a chair, I recommend that you bring a cushion as support. You can also bring a blanket if you wish.
