About this Event
A Zoom talk about Rayna Nadeem’s short film Still Keeping the Fight Alive and the work of Newham Monitoring Project in the 80s and 90s. Speakers will include Rayna and members of NMP. The discussion will open up to attendees in the later part of the event, to share their own experiences of growing up or living in the borough of Newham and the Docklands area around Royal Albert Wharf.
This talk is aimed at people living and working in Newham, or those who have grown up within the borough. The talk aims to allow young people to learn about the history of local anti-racist activism in their area.
