Still Technique Part 1: Introduction to Still Technique

Still Technique is described as the “application of the rediscovered techniques of Andrew Taylor Still”, and is a system of osteopathic diagnosis and treatment from the USA which aspires to recreate the manipulations of the ‘Old Doctor’.
A cross between structural and functional techniques, it is an alternative or supplement to HVT techniques, when such approaches are inappropriate or ineffective. It is also applicable to every area of the body and suitable for a wide range of patients.
This 7 hour CPD workshop will introduce the theory and practice of Still Technique, and will focus on the lumbar spine, pelvis and 1st rib.

About the course leaders
The course is run by Glynn Booker and Jonathan Edis who both learned Still Technique at the German Osteopathic College (DOK) 2004 European Symposium of Osteopathy and have used it extensively in their everyday clinical practice.
