A 2‑hour workshop offering a softer way back to yourself, through gentle breathwork, reflective journalling, and guided meditation

This workshop is for anyone who feels deflated or low‑energy heading into 2026. Because January doesn’t always arrive with motivation. Sometimes it arrives flat, heavy, or quiet. You're not broken if you don't want to do "New Years Resolutions", you're simply operating on a different frequency. One that requires gentleness and space.


Within Stillness and Spark, rather than pushing for motivation or a ‘reset’, we’ll begin with stillness and regulation, allowing the body to settle first. From there, we’ll gently invite warmth, curiosity, and a subtle spark of aliveness to come back online. You'll end the session feeling refreshed, with steadiness and a quiet spark of energy begining to return, and with some regulation practices in hand.

What to Expect

  • Two reflective journalling spaces
  • Space for quiet integration and optional sharing
  • Simple take‑home anchors you can revisit afterwards

    This is not a high‑energy or cathartic breathwork session.

This is for you if

  • If you want a softer way to reconnect with yourself
  • If you respond well to reflective, body‑led practices
  • If you need a quieter space within the January noise

This is not for you if

  • If you’re looking for intense or transformational breathwork
  • If you want a fast‑paced, motivational reset
  • If you prefer prescriptive or outcome‑driven sessions

Practical Details

This is a live online workshop via Zoom for two hours.
There is the option for your camera to be on or off, it's entirely your choice.
All practices are invitational and adaptable

Before you join the session please be in your relaxing, safe space where you are unlikely to be disturbed. You may also wish to have hot drinks, water, pillows and blankets - cosyness is highly encouraged! If you want to lay down during the session, please make sure you have enough space to do so.

Please also have your choice of journalling materials ready to one side - whether that be a traditional pen and notebook, or paints, coloring pens, tech to voicenote. However you journal, all is welcome here.

Important: This is not therapy or a medical intervention and is not intended to replace either.
