Is there an age limit?

The meet up is open to all. Although we'll be doing a few tasks on the way, these are voluntary. Any children must be accompanied with an adult.

Is the event accessible?

Due to the terrain, there may be slightly difficult areas, inclines etc. Please do get in touch if you have any specific accessibility requirements and we'll advise best we can.

About this event

We're Hannah and Sam - the founders of STILL. an Otley based longevity company supporting people with science backed, measurable biological age reduction in 6 weeks.

We're all about community and have launched a regular free meet up for like-minded people who want to live longer,healthier lives.

The morning will include a hike up Otley Chevin to Surprise view with several longevity focussed activities along the way including map reading, cognitive challenges and physical tasks. The hike will be followed by coffee at Sancta cafe for those who would like to join us for a brew and chat!

We'll be meeting in Club Energy car park at 10am before starting the hike.
