Run by Jo and Simone, Sector 3, this interactive Social Enterprise Health Check Workshop is designed to help you take a step back and reflect on how your organisation is doing. Whether you're just getting started or already established, this session will guide you through a structured organisational check-up covering areas such as:

  • Structure and governance
  • Financial planning and sustainability
  • Key policies and safeguarding
  • Measuring impact
  • Community connections and visibility
  • Training and development needs

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s going well, where support might be needed, and what actions you can take next.

  • Access to or knowledge of your social media or website presence
  • A list of staff, volunteer or board roles and responsibilities
  • Your organisational business plan/ mission or theory of change if you’ve developed one
