During late summer and autumn each year, stone-curlews gather in large numbers at Cavenham Heath before they migrate. Join the RSPB and Natural England for an evening walk to see these beautiful and elusive birds. This is a free event - donations welcome. Booking essential.   • Cavenham Heath car park is located on the minor road from The Green in the village of Tuddenham, IP28 6TB.
  • The car park is small, if full you will be directed to park along the rough track, please drive slowly.
  • Children welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
  • There are no toilets on site.
  • Please bring binoculars if you have them, we will have telescopes set up for everyone to use.
  • It will be getting dark as we return to our cars so please bring a torch.
  • The walk will be 1 to 2 miles with regular stops.
  • Sorry no dogs.
