Stone Lotus is an ongoing 5Rhythms men's movement circle.
Sessions are held once a quarter (Oct, Jan, Apr, July) to move, be with and support each other.

Sessions are open to all men regardless of experience on the dance floor or in mens groups.

Jason Rowe and Tim Barnes are friends, dancers, colleauges, mentors and mentees to each other. They regularly hold space for 5Rhtyhms in the UK and internationally for 15 and 5 years respectively. They bring a heart-lead enthusiasm to this new mens group and are excited to move with all who attend.
