STONELEIGH LIBRARY FINISHERS CELEBRATION

Come and celebrate the end of the Summer Reading Challenge at this special event. Wear your wristband and party or sports clothes and meet up with the other 2025 finishers to celebrate together.

Our special guest, Award winning author of the Pigeon and Poppy Adventure series, Serena Hassan, will be running a fantastic interactive storytelling adventure where children can

-Bring the quirky sounds of The Tap-Dancing Pigeon of Covent Garden to life through acting and narrating.

-Create eco-friendly beaks with messages about protecting our planet – fostering teamwork and creativity.

-Learn the basics of ventriloquism with Pigeon puppets to enhance storytelling skills.

There will be free refreshements and colouring , wordsearches and puzzles plus a chance to tell us your favourite thing about this years reading challenge, make some bunting, and discover what else is on at Stoneleigh Community Library !
