What do we mean by 'mental health'? What does it mean to be 'neurodivergent'? Every day we hear about what we are and what we're not, but we think that the best people to tell our stories are ourselves.

Come join us in the Auditorium at Peckham Levels for a celebration of YOUR lived, and living, experiences of mental health and neurodivergence! Unleash your inner storyteller as we dive into the world of zine making. This workshop is all about celebrating our unique stories, identities, and experiences through zines: personalised tools for self-expression, creative activism, and community-building. Whether you're a seasoned zine maker or a complete beginner, this event is for you! Get ready to connect with like-minded individuals and to learn from those different to you, share your stories, and explore your identity. All materials provided!

This event is part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science 2025 and is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), which is part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).
