Hexham Library will be out and about in the Community Garden with our friends from Grow Hexham and Hexham Family Hub every Tuesday morning during the school holidays.
There'll be stories, and planting, and crafting and play, with hopefully some sunshine and harvesting too!
Suitable for families of all ages - children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
There's no need to book a place - just turn up at the garden any Tuesday between 10am and noon, dressed for mess in the great outdoors. Bring water, a picnic if you like, and if we're lucky with the weather don't forget the hats and the suncream.
Please note there are no toilet facilities at the garden - the nearest public toilets are behind the library on St Mary's Wynd.
