Darren J. Brookes is the founder of Seat At The Table, the network for men that want to win. He is an esteemed international author and coach, specialising in books that bridge the gap between social commentary and personal development.

Darren's inaugural book 'Dreams to Goals' came to life during the UK lockdown of 2020. The subsequent release, "23 Rules of Life that most people don't want to hear," followed the next year.
