A Sharing & Healing Circle on Transgenerational Trauma
We inherit more than eye colour and mannerisms. We also inherit wounds, silence, and unprocessed grief. These stories live in our bodies, shaping how we think, feel, and lead our lives.
Stories We Carry is a healing circle designed to help you explore how transgenerational trauma impacts you — and to create space for connection, compassion, and release.
What to Expect
- A guided grounding & breath practice to settle the nervous system
- Insights into the science of transgenerational trauma (epigenetics, nervous system, family language)
- Space to share your story in a supportive circle
- Compassion imagery practice to integrate and anchor safety
- Closing ritual to leave connected, resourced, and lighter
This is not about fixing one another. It’s about witnessing, listening, and breaking cycles together.
Who This Is For
This circle is open to anyone who:
- Feels stuck in repeating family patterns
- Carries emotions that don’t feel entirely theirs
- Longs for a safe space to be seen and heard
- Wants to heal in community
No prior experience is needed. All you need to bring is yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to listen and share.

ABOUT Delphine
Delphine is a Transformational Life Coach and certified SOMA Breath Advanced Breathwork Meditation instructor.
Delphine’s mission is to help her clients step into their power by connecting to their authentic selves and building resilience to stress caused by Life events using breathwork, meditation, music and movement as tools to overcome overwhelm, anxiety, depression and burnout.
Her sessions are designed to give you a sense of empowerment, clarity, purpose, positive mindset as well as help you relax, release tension and connect with your inner self using breathwork and other somatic techniques.
