Come join us at Carlisle Library for a fun-filled drop-in activity session as part of the Reading Challenge!
Join us for crafts and activities.
Why not join the Summer Reading Challenge at the same time?
Suitable for all ages from 1-11years
Children under 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
No need to book a place, just call in on the day.
There is limited space in the library over the summer ; we will be making simple 10 minute crafts at each session, so pop in at any time between 10am and 12pm
About The Summer Reading Challenge
• The Summer Reading Challenge runs in all staffed libraries in Cumbria
• It is FREE, FUN, and open to kids aged 4 upwards
• Mini challenge available for kids aged 3 and under
• This year’s theme is Story Garden!
• Starts Saturday 12th July 2024.
• Read or share at least six library books during the holidays.
• Choose their own books…read anything you want
• Audio books also count!
• Collect stickers and prizes as they read
• Those who read six books receive a Medal and Certificate.
