Story of Steam Screen Printing Workshop session 2

By Redruth Library & Information Service

Overview

Learn how to screen print an A3 poster and take it home. For ages 7+.

Join us for this free event at Redruth Library and learn how to screen print an A3 poster with Dena from Kiwi Print Studio. Suitable for adults and children aged 7+. Anyone under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

2025 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of the modern railway, and to celebrate Kiwi Print Studio will be hosting this FREE screen printing workshop at the library.

Please book 1 ticket for every person attending the session. There are 12 spaces available on each session. There is a second session 10:00-11:30 also on 29th November.

Learn how to create a stencil and screen print your design — take one poster home and contribute another to a community art display supporting Hayle Care Home’s colourful outdoor wall project, inspired by the railways and the history of steam. Come get inky, meet others, and make something beautiful for Hayle Care Home!

*If you book on to the event and then find that you can no longer make it please do cancel your place so we can offer it to someone else. You can cancel your place either via Eventbrite or by emailing redruth.library@liscornwall.org.uk
