Event description

Description

Have you ever wanted to write and build your own digital game, but not sure where to start? Just want to try something fun and play around with your ideas?

Come along to this hands-on workshop where you’ll have the chance to take your first steps in doing just that. You’ll see Twine, a free and easy to use tool, in action, and will get the chance to create the start of something for yourselves with the help of resident experts, Callum and Nicole.

No programming or word skills required; just a good imagination, enthusiasm and a desire to tell a story!

This workshop is suitable for 11-18 year olds. Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

Storysmash is a project delivered by Nottingham City Libraries in partnership with The National Videogame Foundation and Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature, funded by Arts Council England.
