How often are the sessions?

Each session will be held around the new moon over the course of the year - 13 sessions in total, starting on 20th November (roughly every 28 days).

Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions are recorded so those who are unable to attend live can watch the replay.

Journey through the seasons on a year of self-discovery through the power of storytelling.

Starting on 20th November, join me to explore ancient tales from the British Isles, taking you on a heroine’s journey of self-discovery. Each session, around the new moon we will focus on a new story and the wisdom these forgotten tales have to offer. Using post-session journalling prompts, reflect on how these stories can apply to your own life, as the women in the tales role model how to reconnect with our intuition and the ancient wisdom of the natural world.
