Divorce is one of the most stressful events you can go through. It takes a mental, emotional and often physical toll and you’ll often experience different effects at different points in your divorce or separation process.
For this Stowe talks, Ashley Le-Core will be joined by Helen Sampson, a certified transitions expert and award-winning stress-hacker, who founded ‘Uncouple’ with the mission to end the stress epidemic. Helen will be exploring stress in a way you’ve never heard before, reaching deep into the psychological and physiological effects of divorce-induced stress and how to manage it.

Helen Sampson
Helen Sampson is an award-winning stress hacker, triple-certified transitions expert and founder of Uncouple - a company dedicated to ending the stress epidemic using proven, science-based methods. Recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 female business leaders, Helen leverages her extensive corporate experience gained from a decade in London’s legal industry, including her 5-year stint in divorce litigation, to help individuals and businesses stress-hack their way to success through stress education and 1:1 work. Having seen the often unaddressed impact the divorce process had on her clients, Helen frequently supports individuals through and beyond their divorce journey.
Helen also developed the concept of mesotrauma® to highlight the combined effect of daily stressors and their impact. Her innovative approach enables clients to achieve an optimised state, whether that’s enhancing company productivity and employee engagement or improving personal health and fulfilment both during and post-divorce – the results are tangible, transformative and sustainable.
Ashley Le-Core
Ashley is a Partner, based in our Tunbridge Wells office. He has extensive experience in all areas of family law, specialising in complex in children matters including child arrangements, child relocation and injunctions. He also has expertise in finances, including business assets, pensions and inheritance.
