Event Details

Subject: Tell the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee what you think education funding in Northern Ireland

Come to our event with the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee and help inform their inquiry into education funding in Northern Ireland

The big issue

The committee is examining whether schools in Northern Ireland have the funding they need to meet the challenges facing education, and what the spending priorities should be for the Department of Education.

At the event, we will be asking you:

  • What are the areas of greatest need in the education sector in Northern Ireland?
  • Is there enough funding to improve educational outcomes in Northern Ireland?
  • How can funding be used to support the different school sectors in Northern Ireland, including schools for children with special educational needs and disabilities?

How can you help?

Are you someone who:

  • Manages or teaches at a school in Northern Ireland
  • Is concerned about school funding in Northern Ireland

If so, come to our event and help shape the inquiry.
