Led by communications specialist Tom Coupe, this interactive event for anyone involved in marketing and business development in the built environment, we’ll explore the challenges of communicating effectively with your clients and stakeholders.
As advocates within your organisation for great communication, you’ll recognise some of the common challenges of speaking styles, institutional language, and being able to see things from your client’s perspective.
In a fast paced skill-sharing discussion we’ll explore how you can unlock the power for face-to-face communication across your firm. Followed by exercises testing out client-focussed communication techniques.
You’ll leave having heard how other Build Up members manage the same issues and with a few new exercises to take back and try out with your own spokespeople.
Drinks and nibbles will be available. There will be time to network with your peers before and after the session.
