The ICSA Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch is pleased to invite you to a workshop on Strategic CSR. This seminar will be presented by Susie Crowder, Managing Director of CISA in the Harry Bound Room at Les Cotils on Wednesday 14 October 2014 at 5.00pm.
Susie will deliver a short workshop on how the local business community could take advantage of developing a CSR strategy that creates competitive advanatge.
Customers increasingly want to deal with socially and environmentally conscious businesses without compromising on price or quality. This presents opportunities for business leaders to develop new areas of competitive advantage. Capitalising on sustainability opportunities can lead to longevity, but requires managers who can integrate a sustainable development framework into their company’s strategy. Susie will guide delegates through the process of developing a CSR system that fits within the culture of individual organisations, followed by an overview of how to implement and evaluate such a framework.
Refreshments will be served.
This seminar is accredited by ICSA for 1 hour of formal CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking. This seminar will be useful for all who work with Guernsey companies.
