Strategic Marketing: A seminar for Cinnamon Recognised Projects on how to turn Dreaming into Doing.
At the heart of all projects is a dream of growth and expansion; a desire to bless and minister to more people in more places. Often the big picture is understood (Dream), and we’re frantically working the details (Doing). But are these two random and how can they be connected more intentionally?
Strategic marketing is a critical skill set which enables a project leader to not only promote their offering, but also target it at the right people and design it so that it hits the mark for all the different customer groups involved. This one day workshop will include teaching on the principles of strategic marketing and practical activities to apply these to your project.
The seminar will be an opportunity to hear practical case studies and ask questions. There will be a chance to share and discuss your story and hear those of others, providing a great basis for identifying issues and action planning for future growth. Some pre-preparation work will be required by those attending.
Phil Wilson will be our guest speaker and host. Phil brings an enormously insightful and often provocative approach to overseeing projects. He is a consultant, mentor and charity trustee with over 30 years’ experience of business start-up, leadership and working with charities and churches.
Places are limited to just 12 people so that we can offer what will be a round-table learning environment for participants. This event is ideal for either CEO’s or senior leaders within Cinnamon Recognised Projects.
The event will take place on 6th October from 12.00 to 4.00pm at the offices of Stewardship, 1 Lamb's Passage, London. EC1Y 8AB. The cost per place is just £20 and includes a buffet sandwich lunch.
