Productivity matters - not just to economists, but to business leaders who want sustainable growth, higher margins and a more resilient organisation.
In this 60 minute webinar, Professor Bart van Ark will explain why productivity should be part of your boardroom agenda and show how to join up investment, people, technology and customer strategy using the Strategic Productivity Framework. You’ll hear evidence from recent research, see real business examples, and walk away with a simple diagnostic you can use with your leadership team.
What you’ll take away
- A clear, practical definition of productivity for your organisation and why it matters to strategy and profitability.
- The five priority areas that drive business productivity (innovation & digital, skills & wellbeing, investment & finance, leadership & management, marketing & communication) and quick wins for each.
- Practical examples of how leaders join up different functions in the boardroom to turn productivity into growth.
After the presentation from Bart van Ark there will be a Q&A, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask the Alliance Manchester Business School executive education team about the upcoming Strategic Productivity short business course.
