If you want to stop reactive recruitment and start strategic resourcing - the Strategic Resourcing Workshop will explain the process of in-house recruitment transformation and provide the tools you need to succeed.

This is a unique workshop for senior in-house recruiters & talent leaders - not to be missed!

Who Should Attend?

This is an essential workshop for anyone responsible for the design, development or leadership of an in-house recruitment team or service.

Typically, this means management & leadership level HR / Recruitment / Talent / Resourcing professionals, but does not exclude senior level recruitment practitioners.

The course maps the journey of development from reactive, administrative recruitment, to more proactive, strategic resourcing – and will help any organisation looking to build in-house resourcing capability.

Regrettably, this course is not suited to agency recruiters. It caters for in-house recruitment & HR professionals only.

With nearly 20 years’ recruitment experience, Stuart is emerging as one of the industry's leading consultants and advisors, and has worked exclusively within the in-house recruitment & resourcing sector since 2011.
