Our HR Strategy Programmes are designed to combine the development of strategic thinking in HR professionals with the space to take action on critical strategic enablers for organisational success.
Those who attend will leave with a clearer and actionable approach for strategic organisational discovery with a toolkit to create their own internal solutions.
These open programmes are small groups (max of 8) to provide a genuine opportunity to network and develop alongside other HR professionals.
Open programmes are facilitated remotely with 4x 90-minute masterclasses every 2 weeks, 1x 90-minute group implementation session a month following the last masterclass and 1x 1-hour 1:1 implementation session within 3 months.
