It will also examine the different business models and legal considerations for business growth. This includes mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and consortia; and how insolvencies can actually be an opportunity for growth.

The seminars have been developed to promote both learning and networking opportunities. Each event will feature a mix of expert speakers and feature practical cases studies drawing on the experience and knowledge of the E3M members and partners.
The seminars run from 10.00 – 16.30 and include a networking sandwich lunch.
