Can I get an invoice for training?

Can I get a tax/VAT receipt for the training I attended?

Accepted Answer

Child Bereavement UK is a charity and does not charge any tax or VAT. Your Eventbrite confirmation is the only receipt we can provide for your purchase.

Question 3

I’m no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, any purchased tickets for this workshop are non-refundable.  However, if you are unable to attend, we can change the name on the booking at no extra cost. Please contact us at schools@childbereavementuk.org

I want to attend the workshop but the sales on Eventbrite have finished. Can I still attend?

Once the sales have ended on Eventbrite, get in touch with us directly and we can check availability: schools@childbereavementuk.org.

Am I able to join online?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of this workshop, we are only able to offer it in person. If you are interested in online training, we have a range of webinars that run regularly including a three-hour webinar, ‘Supporting bereaved pupils and managing bereavement in school’.

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Accepted Answer

You will receive confirmation of your booking from Child Bereavement UK within a week of registering through Eventbrite. One week before the workshop, you will receive a further email with additional information. For further information please email: schools@childbereavementuk.org
