This free four-week online workshop is avaliable to anyone who has a GP practice in Eden or in Keswick and Solway.


The course aims to:

  • Develop participant understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours impact our wellbeing.
  • Explore problems, barriers and solutions to improving our wellbeing.
  • Equip participants with self help tools and strategies for achieving improved wellbeing such as: goal setting, utilising the stages of change, how to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques, ways to break out of unhelpful thought cycles… and more.


It is advised that you attend all 4 sessions to get the most out of the course. However, should you need to miss one session please just let us know. The course will be facilitated by one of our Wellbeing Activators and supported by one of our Living Well Coaches. We look forward to meeting you!


One ticket covers all four sessions.

Sessions dates are: 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September.

Each session runs from 10am-12pm.

Free parking and beverage will be provided.
