This four week workshop aims to:
- Develop participant understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours impact our wellbeing.
- Explore problems, barriers and solutions to improving our wellbeing.
- Equip participants with self help tools and strategies for achieving improved wellbeing such as: goal setting, utilising the stages of change, how to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques, ways to break out of unhelpful thought cycles… and more.
The course will be facilitated by one of our Wellbeing Activators and supported by one of our Living Well Coaches. We look forward to meeting you!
One ticket covers all four sessions: 26th June, 3rd July, 10th July and 17th July. Each session runs from 2pm-4pm at Penrith Library.
