Strategy Planning For Green / Social Organisations

What is done locally or at small scale can, with the right planning, funding and support, grow and scale, improving impacts nationally, continentally or globally. Taking a strategic view is time consuming and challenging for micro entities and startups and can be a barrier to growth. We are offering free Strategy Planning Sessions for all UK based eco, sustainability or socially focused organisations currently operating that engage with:

• The ethical use of AI for environmental improvement or social benefit;
• Improving the uptake or quality of vegetarian/ vegan/ diabetic diets/ end of life care food;
• People dealing with waste or interuption-based businesses that work within the Donut Economics or Circular Economy model;
• People looking to apply Green Engineering to projects;
• Projects dealing with water pollution;
• Lower carbon transportation/ delivery based businesses;
• Non-carbon credit based Tree/Food (see disclaimer below) Growing Programmes;
• Remote-sensing based businesses to support growing programmes;
• Creative art that uses processes for the recycling of refuse/waste;
• Upcycling projects diverting waste from landfil;
• Projects focsed on mental health;
• Projects dealing with homelessness;
• Community support projects e.g. domestic violence against women;
• Innovative and effective local-scale carbon storage projects.

Each month you can access our Strategy Planning Sessions to get a wonderfully facilitated space to think about external challenges/opportunities, such as: Positive uses of AI; conducting a Country-/Global-Level Review Day to reflect on if your organsiation is still on the right track.

Business or organisational emails will be required to qualify for a free session. Attendees may be rejected if registering with non-organisational emails.
