Description

Successfully introducing new products and proving new markets is exhilarating for founders. But successful growth imposes new challenges as the complexity of business increases. Scaling-up requires new thinking and new skills – and keeping people connected to the mission, whilst organising to execute strategy, is a tough task to tackle.

How do you make the transition to professional management, without losing the entrepreneurial spirit that got the business to where it is now? And how can you cultivate a culture that will align your people and optimise chances of your scale-up being a success?

This workshop is designed to provoke conversation about the importance of building a growth culture that supports the scaling business. Participants will learn practical actions they can take to align new talent with the founding team; and will share ideas and experiences on how to effectively build a scaling business.
