If you are just starting out a Street Photography workshop can be tailored to your needs but please contact Matt before booking.
The day will start at 10.30am and conclude at 17.30pm with a break for lunch and plenty of comfort breaks throughout the day, part of the day will be out on the streets. There is a lot of walking during the day and the event may take place in inclement weather so come prepared.
You will spend the day with Fujifilm X Ambassador Matt Hart exploring candid Street Photography from the Masters of Street to modern Street.
The first half of the day will be discussing Street Photography and will involve a Critique session. Matt will review a selection of your images and discuss where you are on your journey and where you want to be. This will help to shape the rest of the day.
We normally spend around three hours covering these subjects then around 13.30pm we break for Lunch.
We then go out on the streets to practice street techniques and try and find your street rhythm whilst looking for the holy trinity of Street, Light Composition and Moment.
We stay out shooting until about 16.30pm, we then find a quiet place to discuss the day and this will include further critique and an editing session where Matt will show you how he edits his black and white images. Matt will share is processing techniques and preferred software. Matt will give you his views on Critique and show you how to review your own work to help you progress with Street photography.
You will be able to stay in contact with Matt after the event through his Social Media pages or by e mail.
All information for the day will be sent out before the event, Matt can also tailor the day to your photography needs.
