Strength and Mobility 8 week Course
Join us for our Strength and Mobility 8 week Course at The Castle Climbing Centre!
This is an in-person event every Wednesday. It's for you if you want to feel more connected to your body, build your joint health for climbing as you get older, self-assess what areas are feeling ‘tight’ or restricted and how you can move up the wall more smoothly.
Who’s it for? Any level - beginner or advanced climbers. Anyone who wants to build climbing longevity and feel good climbing whilst you age.
Anyone can join - beginners or advanced movers - climbers or non-climbers.
- Learn a daily mobility routine that teaches you precise body control, that you can carry using after the course ends
- We build strength specficially for each individual joint
- You'll have exercises from the classes to practice in between sessions
- Any challenging movements will be adapted to suit your level
