The role of the coach in strength and conditioning is to help athletes become faster, stronger and more flexible, and to build their muscular endurance so that they perform better and remain injury free.
This workshop will help you to construct a programme for your athletes that will add to their rehabilitation, speed, agility and strength, targetting their strengths and weaknesses to produce the best possible performance.
