Strength For Endurance Live Training Day

Join us for our annual in-person training day at the Hilton London, Syon Park.

If you're a passionate endurance athlete, who loves to run, ride, swim, climb, hike - we invite you to come and join us.

If you follow us on social media (@strengthforendurance), listen to our podcast or you want to see behind the scenes of how we work and get the results we do, then this is a perfoect opportunity to spend the day with us and upgrade your training approach.

We've an action packed day planned, with an exciting mix of practical* and theory sessions aimed at giving you the tools you need to prevent injury and propel your endurance training and performance to the next level.

We also have some great guests joining us to give you an insight into both professional and client experience.

You'll have the opportunity to meet others SFE members and get all the help and guidance you need from the SFE Coaching Team.

The day will run from 10am-4pm (arrival from 9.30am)

12.45pm-1.15pm Lunch - Please bring your own packed lunch with you. There are a few cafes nearby however we can't guarentee how busy these will be on a Saturday lunchtime.
