The 4 Phase Strength System for long distance runners to get through the finish line feeling strong without suffering from overuse injuries.

This workshop is for runners of all levels who want to get through the finish line of their event first, feeling strong and without getting injured, as well as personal trainers, coaches and physical education teachers who want to learn how to effectively coach their runners using a structured training system that gets them stronger and improves their running economy while minimising injuries without having to worry about how to programme their training plan, feeling overwhelmed about the number of variables that need to be considered.

  • Specific strength training movements for long distance running to be physically prepared for your event

  • Ankle stiffness to improve running economy and run faster than your competition and for longer
