The Aim:

To introduce you to a range of physical and mental wellbeing techniques to promote positive health.

If you enjoy the session, there will an opportunity to join our 6-week ‘Strength in Body & Mind’ programme.

Format for Taster Sessions:

Strength in the Body: Sweat & Burn! -

A 40-minute HIIT and weight- bearing exercise session and cool-down stretching techniques.

Strength in the Mind: Therapeutic Breathing & Progressive Muscle Relaxation

45 min Introduction to the use of relaxation techniques such as box breathing and colour breathing plus a deeply relaxing progressive muscle relaxation session.
