Stress is a natural part of life and we need it to motivate us. But too much can create havoc. Integrative coach, therapist and author Tricia Woolfrey will explore the five pillars of stress and how to deal with them so you can enjoy more calm in your life.
This talk is being held at the Wellness Day at G-Live in Guildford which has 61 stands over 3 floors and is open from 10-4.30. The exhibition has a £3 entrance fee but the Stress and The Five Pillars Talk is free.
