We all have times when we feel under pressure either in or outside work; however the longer this is not addressed the more detrimental it can be on your health and wellbeing. The aim of this 60 minute session is to:
Help you understand what stress is
Provide an over view of the signs and symptoms of stress
Give coping strategies to help mange stress, including mindfulness
Please Note: Facility time will be given to attend, but you will need to seek agreement from your line manager before booking.
