Stress is a part of life which we don't enjoy. We can all recall being stressed out. Are you happy with how you deal with the stress in your life, or not? Would you like to learn how to manage it more effectively?
This course will enable you to embrace the stressors in your life better. You will be equiped to regulate your emotional state, understand the stories that run in your mind about the stressor and learn strategies to deescalate the emotion. Material is presented using discussion, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. You will enjoy a relaxation session which will use stories and metaphors to enable your unconscious mind to adopt a new way of interacting with stressful situations in life.
