On Thursday the 16th January social enterprise aspire igen will be hosting a talk on managing stress. Delivered by local charity The Cellar Trust, the 45 minute presentation covers topics and gives advice on how to deal with stress. It asks what we think stress is and looks at why it happens. This might be just what you need to hear to help yourself or your team get through the January blues and promote mental well being in the workplace.

After the presentation there will be an opportunity to Network, discuss the presentation and enjoy some canapes prepared by students enrolled on the aspire2work programme.
